Auckland $7.00 local | $12.00 rural
Northland, Waikato $9.50 | $16.00 rural
Rest of North Island $10.50 | $16.50 rural
South Island $13.00 | $18.00 rural

Australia:
$24.00 courier. Max 3 rolls. Excludes Rural, weight up to 1 kg
$28.00 courier. Max 6 rolls. Includes Rural, weight 1-2 kgs
$32.00 courier. Max 9 rolls. Includes Rural, weight 2-3 kgs
$36.00 courier. Max 12 rolls. Includes Rural, weight 3-4 kgs

Asia $65 for orders over $100
North America $65 orders over $100
UK & Europe $65 orders over $100

Within New Zealand

  • Orders are typically processed and packed within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped via NZ Post (or Post Haste or NZ Couriers in certain areas with limited options). 
  • Allow 2-4 days for pick up and delivery, more for rural deliveries and during busy periods like pre-Christmas. 
  • Your shipping rate is auto-calculated depending on delivery destination and weight of order. See above guide and final rates when completing purchase
  • Please select 'Rural' if you are at a rural address. If you don't, we will need to send you an additional invoice for payment of the difference in price.
  • Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the courier company. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.
  • Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your order dispatched we cannot alter the address, and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
  • Please note we try our hardest to pack orders out as quickly as possible but once it leaves our premises we cannot control the speed of delivery provided by the courier company. Once the products have been dispatched, it is the customer’s responsibility to liaise with the courier company in relation to date and time of delivery. Made Paper Co is not liable for any inaccuracy of information provided to customers relating to the date and time of delivery. 


International 

  • Orders are typically processed and packed within 1-2 business days. Orders are typically shipped via Aramex to Australia (courier). Elsewhere, by Aramex, NZ Post Economy Plus (courier) or Freightways Global (courier).
  • Allow approx 7-14 days for delivery, more for rural and during busy periods like pre-Christmas. 
  • Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the courier company.
